Johanna Londono, CFA, has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Johanna currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Loan Syndication at Laurentian Bank since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Syndication and Sponsor Coverage at the same bank from May 2020 to March 2022. Before joining Laurentian Bank, Johanna was a Senior Portfolio Manager in Syndication at the bank from January 2018 to May 2020.
Prior to their time at Laurentian Bank, Johanna worked at BNP Paribas as a Team Leader in MO Loan Trading from October 2016 to December 2017. Before that, they held the role of Loan Trading MO/Distressed Debt from January 2014 to September 2016.
Johanna's earlier work experience includes positions at Bancolombia, where they worked as a Financial Structurer in FX/IR Derivatives from January 2011 to September 2012. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Analyst in the Front/Middle Office from April 2008 to January 2011. Johanna started their career at Bancolombia as a Junior Analyst-Intern Student in the Structuring Department from January 2007 to April 2008.
Johanna Londono, CFA, holds a degree in Financial Engineering from Universidad de Medellín, which they obtained between 2003 and 2007. Johanna further pursued their education at the same institution and earned a degree in High Management from 2008 to 2010. In 2012 and 2013, they attended McGill University, where they studied French Language and Culture. Additionally, Johanna Londono has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst® certification from the CFA Institute in August 2013. Johanna is also a candidate for the CAIA Level II certification and holds a certification as a Fixed Income and Derivatives Trader from AMV.
