Ritesh Oza

Ritesh Oza possesses extensive experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across various leadership roles. From April 2018 to November 2023, Ritesh served as Senior General Manager at Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation, having previously held positions including General Manager and DGM in the same field. Prior to this, Ritesh worked at Siemens as a Senior Executive in Vendor Development and at Mahindra Group as a Production Engineer, focusing on production, projects, new vehicle development, and TPM. Ritesh holds a Chartered Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and completed a Development Program in Operations Management at Welingkar Institute of Management.
