Dorthe Olsen

Dorthe Olsen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager and HR Consultant at J. Lauritzen A/S since October 2007, where responsibilities include recruitment, competency development, trainee programs, and internal communications. Prior to this role, Dorthe worked at Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings from June 1990 to September 2007 as an HR Consultant and held positions as Secretary & PA, including roles as SGC Chain-secretary and Chiefsecretary. Earlier career experiences include positions as Export Assistant at Rex Rotary, Shipping Assistant at Thrige Agro, and Airfreight Forwarding Agent at Samson Transport. Dorthe holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Marketing from Niels Brock, completed between 1987 and 1990.
