Karen Maxwell

Karen Maxwell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and client success, currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Client Success at Lausanne Business Solutions since 2016. In this role, Karen Maxwell focuses on cultivating long-term relationships with clients and promoting solutions that develop leaders and empower employees. Previously, from 2003 to 2011, Karen Maxwell held the position of Director of Program Operations at The Lausanne Institute, where oversight of large-scale training initiatives was a key responsibility.
