Michael Kaspar is an experienced leader in global initiatives and ministry collaboration, currently serving as the Director of Global Initiatives at visionSynergy since May 2018 and as a Catalyst, Advocate, Network Builder, and Coach at Vision 5:9 Network since October 2014. With a focus on enhancing the effectiveness of over 175 Global Christian Mission Organizations and Churches, Michael has coordinated significant events, including a 135-person North America roundtable for Mission leaders. Additionally, Michael contributes as a Catalyst for Ministry Collaboration with the Lausanne Movement and as Chairman of the Board for Mission Data International. Previous experience includes senior leadership roles at Operation Mobilization USA, where strategic direction and connections with Christian Higher Education were cultivated, along with a background in sales and volunteer coordination. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Taylor University.
