Tjintya V

Tjintya V has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tjintya started their career in 1994 as a Financial Controller at PT Shirasuna Asia Permai Electronic. Tjintya then moved on to PT Dewata Agung Wibawa, where they served as a Finance & Accounting Manager from 1996 to 2002. After that, Tjintya joined PT Sangraha Daksamitra as a Corporate Finance and Accounting Manager. During their time there, they successfully implemented a new ERP system and played a key role in tax audits and budgeting. Tjintya later worked at Linc Group as the Head of Finance & Accounting Manager before joining PT Lautan Luas Tbk in 2007. At PT Lautan Luas Tbk, Tjintya first worked as the Head of FPA, Tax, and Compliance from 2007 to 2011. Tjintya then became the Chief Financial Officer at the MS Coal - Group of PT Lautan Luas Tbk from 2012 to 2015, where they were responsible for various financial and operational activities. Following that, Tjintya took on the role of Chief Audit & Finance Executive at PT Lautan Luas Tbk, where they implemented audit standards, developed frameworks for risk mitigation and pandemic response, and built strong relationships with stakeholders. Most recently, Tjintya served as the Chief Human Capital & Sustainability at PT Lautan Luas Tbk, leading initiatives to improve employee engagement, talent development, and sustainability efforts across the organization.

Tjintya V completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from IPMI International Business School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1993, Tjintya V earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Tarumanagara.
