Clarise Adalid

Clarise Adalid has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Clarise is currently the Managing Director at Lava Automation, where they lead the administrative team and ensures compliance with labor guidelines. Clarise also manages the recruitment process. Prior to that, Clarise was the Founder of Beautopia Davao, a business that catered to the cosmetic needs of Davao City. Clarise managed sales, marketing, and inventory, and supplied products to small resellers.

Clarise also has experience in the food delivery industry, having worked at DoorDash as an Operations Supervisor and a Customer Service Team Lead. In these roles, they provided support to order placers and ensured quality and client expectations were met. Clarise also served as a Support Team Lead, managing productivity and implementing strategies to exceed client expectations.

In the fashion industry, Clarise was a Co-Founder of The Fashion Bible PH and owned Clarise Couture Davao. Clarise also worked at MVMT as a Senior Representative and Subject Matter Expert, leading teams of representatives and providing support in various customer service channels.

Additionally, Clarise has experience in market research as a Market Research Interviewer at Survey Sampling International. Clarise also worked at Offsourcing, Inc as a Research Analyst, where they specialized in researching potential clients and arranging meetings for company executives.

Clarise Adalid completed their education in a chronological order. In 2011, they attended Mindanao Kokusai Daigaku and pursued a Bachelor of Science in International Studies, with a focus on Japanese Language and Studies. Clarise then transferred to the University of Mindanao and earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, they enrolled in Shaw Academy and obtained a degree in Social Media Marketing.
