Abhinav Rastogi

Abhinav Rastogi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and retail operations, currently serving as Sales Operations Manager and previously as Retail Operations Manager at Lava International Limited since March 2021. Prior to this role, Abhinav worked at Havells India Ltd from May 2018 to February 2021 as Deputy Manager and Management Trainee. Abhinav also completed a summer internship at FUTURE CONSUMER LIMITED in 2017 and HDFC Bank in 2014, where valuable insights into management processes and banking procedures were gained. Abhinav holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the International Management Institute (2016-2018) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics from St. Xavier's College (2012-2015).
