Karen Laughlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and services within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Professional Services Manager at LAVA Technology Services since March 2023, Karen previously held roles such as Premier Accounts Manager at Spectrotel and Elite Account Manager at Windstream Communications. With a solid foundation at Broadview Networks as the Manager of Enterprise Billing Solutions, Karen adeptly engaged with enterprise-level clients to address billing requirements and collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
