Thilo Riedl

Thilo Riedl has over 15 years of experience in the biotechnology field. From 2018 to present, they have been the Senior Director Bioanalytical Assays at Lava Therapeutics B.V., directing the in-house and outsourced development and execution of binding, PK, immunogenicity and potency assays in preclinical and clinical development of LAVA's compounds. From 2008 to 2018, they were the Senior Scientist Assay & Bio-Analytical Science at Genmab, leading a team Screening and Assay Technologies responsible for HTS screening and functional, cell-based and label-free characterization of therapeutic antibody and product candidate panels. From 2003 to 2008, they were a postdoctoral fellow at the Biotechnologisches Zentrum TU Dresden.

Thilo Riedl obtained their MSc in Biotechnology from the Technische Universität Berlin between 1991 and 1998. Thilo then went on to pursue a PhD at the Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I) from 1998 to 2003.
