Wouter van Hunnik

Wouter van Hunnik has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they began working as the Head of HR for LAVA Therapeutics N.V. Prior to this, they worked for Philips from 2010 to 2021 in various roles, including Head of HR Integrated Supply Chain, Global HR Business Partner Quality, Regulatory Affairs & Compliance, HR Program Manager Markets & Head of Organizational Design, and HR Manager MRI Research & Development. From 2005 to 2010, they worked for Boer & Croon as a Consultant and Young Executives. During their time at Boer & Croon, they were involved in Operational Excellence, Customer Centricity and Change Management.

Wouter van Hunnik has a MSc in International Business from Maastricht University, obtained between 1998 and 2003. Wouter also attended Otterbein University in 2002 for International Business. In 2014, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business for Strategic HR Planning. In 2018, they attended INSEAD for Supply Chain Management. In addition, they have obtained certifications as an Insights Discovery Facilitator, LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt, and Personal Coach - Move a Mountain.
