Paddy Allen

Paddy Allen is the Chief Executive Officer of Kinetic Capital, specializing in real estate debt provision for student accommodation, Build to Rent, and co-living sectors across Europe. They serve on the Executive Leadership Team at The Dot Group and chair Pathways to Property, a not-for-profit initiative aimed at enhancing diversity in the real estate industry. Previously, they co-founded AllenWargent and acasa, contributing significantly to the property consultancy and fintech sectors. Paddy holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from the University of Reading and completed the Real Estate Management program at Harvard Business School.
