Cynthia Mitre LION is currently the Human Talent Manager at Lavartex, responsible for planning, managing, controlling, and achieving KPI effectiveness of the Human Talent team. Cynthia has experience in personnel recruitment, training, and internal employee development strategies from their time as the Human Capital Manager at Ojeda USA. Previously, Cynthia worked as the Head of Human Resources at Aceros Monterrey, focusing on talent attraction and selection. Cynthia holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Universidad Tecmilenio and has completed various diplomas in strategic administration of human capital and people management.
