Ronald Banda Acma

Ronald Banda ACMA, CGMA, currently serves as a member of the Senior Executive Team at InCase-Lavatech, contributing to strategic and growth-driven initiatives since September 2023. Previously, Ronald held the position of Group Head of Finance at BrightHR from June 2018 to August 2023, overseeing finance operations across multiple territories and establishing new companies while collaborating with senior stakeholders. Prior roles at BrightHR included Head of Finance and Financial Controller, where Ronald managed various financial functions and ensured compliance with standards. Ronald's career also includes positions as Management Accountant at Peninsula Business Services, Financial Accountant at Kellogg Company, SPX Hydraulic Technologies, and Tyco Fire Products. Ronald holds a degree in CIMA, Accounting and Finance from BPP University.
