Paola Camandona currently serves as an R&D Technologies and System Specialist at Lavazza Group since October 2018, previously holding the position of Production Technologies Specialist. Responsibilities include the industrialization of new products and management of projects aimed at enhancing process performance and flexibility. Before this role, Paola worked as a Process Engineer, defining process plant requirements and creating technical specifications. An earlier experience as an R&D technician at Grom involved conducting organoleptic and sensory evaluations, along with chemical-physical analyses of various products.
