Paolo Piatti is an experienced professional in human resources and sales management, currently serving as the Incentive Plans Manager for Compensation & Benefits at LUIGI LAVAZZA - SPA since August 2017. With a tenure at Lavazza spanning over three decades, Paolo has held various significant roles including Sales Force Incentive Manager, Sales Force Organization and Incentive Plans Manager for BU Italia, Customer Planning Manager, Category Management Manager, and Visual Merchandising Manager.
