Sergey Iliev

Sergey Iliev has extensive experience in sales and distribution management across various industries, currently serving as Country Sales Manager for Lavazza Group since April 2020, overseeing multiple countries including BiH, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Turkey. Prior to this role, Sergey held various positions at Lavazza from 2009 to 2020, including Manager OCS & Vending for Eastern Europe, where achievements included securing the number one position in the OCS & Vending channel, as well as roles focused on business development and sales management across several Balkan countries. Earlier career experience includes serving as Regional Manager at PepsiCo and National Sales Manager at Heineken, both roles emphasizing sales strategy implementation in their respective territories. Sergey holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management from Universitet za Nacionalno i Svetovno Stopanstvo in Sofia, Bulgaria, along with a background in mathematics from Mathematical High School in Lovech.
