Tim Cluett

Tim Cluett is an accomplished packaging professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the R&D Director at Lavazza Group since June 2019, Tim has previously held significant roles including Manager of Package Engineering and Process Engineering. Tim's expertise in packaging engineering and project management was honed during a tenure as Package Engineering & Project Management Manager at First Quality, where responsibilities included overseeing all packaging, contract packaging, and promotional display projects. Prior to that, Tim served as Package Engineering Manager at Newell Brands and held various engineering and project management positions at HMG Worldwide, Church & Dwight, ACCO Brands, and Buckeye Container Company. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Package Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
