Fabricio Sucupira has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. Fabricio began their career in 1997 as an intern at ArcelorMittal Brasil. In 1998, they held an internship at Ambev. In 2000, they became a Senior Consultant and Partner at Instituto de Desenvolvimento Gerencial (INDG). There, they provided strategic consulting, including Business Plan, Goals definition and Carrying out, as well as solutions to reduce costs and increase productivity. In 2008, Fabricio joined GE Transportation as a Finance Manager and Materials Performance and Project Manager. In 2010, they became VP of Finance - Asia and Marketing Intelligence North America for RHI Magnesita. In 2015, Fabricio co-founded Lavemcasa, a digital platform for laundry services in Brazil, and became the CEO and Founder. Fabricio also became Co-Owner of Ana Maria Importação e Consultoria Ltda in 2015. In 2019, Fabricio joined MGS - Minas Gerais Administração e Serviços S.A. as a Member of the Fiscal Council.

Fabricio Sucupira completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais from 1994 to 1999. Fabricio then earned a Master of Business Administration in Business Management from the same university between 2001 and 2003. In 2016, they attended Stanford University for an Executive Education Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program.
