Jerome Lussan

Jerome Lussan is the CEO and founder of Laven Partners. Jerome has also worked as a conference speaker for The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), head of UK delegation for Initiadroit (education charity), and as Federation des Associations Francaises en Grande Bretagne.

Born in France, Jerome has always been interested in law and politics. Jerome started their career working for a law firm in Paris before moving to London to work for a French education charity. In 2013, they became the head of UK delegation for Initiadroit and helped launch the charity's classes in the UK.

In 2015, Jerome ran for the French Assembly (Parliament) elections for Northern Europe. Although they were not elected, they gained valuable experience and exposure during the campaign.

In 2017, Jerome founded Laven Partners, a law firm specializing in international law. The firm has offices in London, Paris, and New York. Jerome is fluent in French, English, and Spanish, and has a deep understanding of both European and American legal systems.
