Jared Smith

Jared Smith is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and information security. Currently serving as the Director of Information Security at Lavender since February 2023, Jared leads security and compliance initiatives including SOC2, HIPAA, and ISO-27001, while also managing Google Cloud Platform services. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at AAMP Global, BlockFi, InsideTrack, and One Month, where Jared was involved in development, authentication integrations, and real-time communication features. Additionally, Jared co-founded PopSocial, where responsibilities included platform creation and growth, and served as a Senior Engineer at Qualaroo and IES, focusing on community applications and educational content management systems.
