Jake Kienholz

Jake Kienholz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT industry. Jake started their career at Immersion Corporation as a Desktop Support Engineer and Jr. Network Administrator. Jake then worked as a Registered Representative at New England Financial before transitioning back into IT as a Financial Advisor at Waddell & Reed.

Jake's IT career began to take off at Elan Pharmaceuticals, where they became the Desktop Support team lead and implemented standard operating procedures. Jake further honed their skills and capabilities as the Infrastructure and Operations Analyst III at Ubisoft, where they also served as the team lead of the Infrastructure and Operations team.

After their time at Ubisoft, Jake joined Ivey Marketing as the IT Manager, responsible for all IT-related tasks, particularly focused on cybersecurity. Jake then worked at SET Creative as the Global IT Manager, overseeing IT operations across multiple offices and managing a team of support engineers.

Jake then co-founded Happy Robot, serving as the Co-Founder and President. Jake managed all daily operations, engaged in business development, and took charge of complex project initiatives.

In their most recent position at Core Health & Fitness, Jake held the role of Manager of Global IT Infrastructure & Head of Cybersecurity. Jake implemented a Security Risk Management program and developed processes for security remediation tasks.

Through their work experience, Jake has developed strong skills in cybersecurity, risk management, team leadership, and project management. Jake has experience in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, marketing, and fitness.

Jake Kienholz completed their high school education at San Ramon Valley HS from 1994 to 1998, where they received a High School Diploma with a focus on General Studies. Following this, they pursued higher education at Linfield University from 1998 to 2002, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
