Henriette Rendbæk Jønsson

Henriette Rendbæk Jønsson's work experience includes roles in various companies and industries.

Starting in 2021, they became the Country Manager at Lavendla Funeral Services, responsible for setting up the funeral services based on a Swedish concept focused on providing customers with a memorable experience.

Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, Henriette worked as a People Business Partner at Knowit, a consultancy firm specializing in digital and cross-functional solutions. In this role, they were responsible for people attraction, development, and implementing organizational solutions.

Before joining Knowit, Henriette was a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner (Interim) at Nordea in 2018 and the Head of Recruitment at Nordic Guru ApS from 2017 to 2018.

From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Principal Consultant at JKS a/s, and from 2009 to 2015, they worked as a Career Coach and Project Manager at First Job Copenhagen - International House.

Additionally, Henriette had experience in the education sector. In 2005, they worked as an Acting Vice Principal at Fjordskolen Roskilde, where they were responsible for staff management, financial aspects, communication with stakeholders, and project management. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2005, Henriette worked as a Teacher for children with general learning difficulties at Fjordskolen, Roskilde.

Henriette Rendbæk Jønsson's education history shows that in 1993-1997, they attended Københavns dag- og aftenseminarium and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Schoolteacher. From 2006-2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Education Studies at Roskilde University.
