Christian Dumoulin is Managing Partner of the Sherbrooke office, a member of our Business transactions and Real estate law groups and was a member of the Board of Directors of the firm from 2015 to 2017. His practice is focused primarily on corporate, banking, and real estate law for a diverse client base.

Mr. Dumoulin has extensive experience in business law and is frequently called upon to assist with business transactions, including corporate reorganizations, sales, mergers, and acquisitions of companies of all sizes in a wide range of industries, financing, business planning, dispute resolution between shareholders, as well as tough negotiations.

His commercial real estate practice includes the development, leasing, sale and purchase of commercial properties. He is regularly consulted in connection with the negotiation, drafting, and analysis of commercial leases and buy-sell agreements for commercial buildings as well as other commercial real estate matters.

Mr. Dumoulin has handled many large-scale mandates and successfully concluded major business transactions. He has acted as lead counsel in many transactions involving public and private corporations of all sizes and in many different sectors. He regularly advises his Canadian and foreign clients at each stage of their development.

Christian holds aon LL.B. from Université de Sherbrooke.
