Dave Bouchard

Dave Bouchard, CRHA, Adm.A., is an experienced lawyer and professor specializing in labor and employment law, as well as civil and commercial litigation. Since 2014, Dave has served as an associate and lawyer at Lavery Avocats. In addition to legal practice, Dave has been a professor at École du Barreau since 2019 and a lecturer at the Université de Sherbrooke's Faculty of Law since 2018. Dave has also held administrative roles at the Coopérative de l'Université de Sherbrooke and La Grande table since 2017 and 2013, respectively. Prior to joining Lavery Avocats, Dave practiced law at Heenan Blaikie from 2012 to 2014. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Law and an MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke, complemented by training from the École du Barreau du Québec and recognition from the Ordre des Administrateurs agréés du Québec.
