Valérie Plute

Valérie Plute is a seasoned Payroll and Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in HR leadership and consulting. Currently serving at LAVIDGE since 2023, Valérie previously held roles at hrQ, where consulting and directing human resources initiatives led to enhanced productivity and employee satisfaction. Valérie's background includes developing HR departments from the ground up in two separate private companies, managing HRIS implementations, and processing payroll for over 200 employees. Valérie's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University and an Associate in Arts and Sciences from Olympic College, where Valérie was recognized as a Dean's Scholar.
