Catalina del Pozo Igor possesses a diverse background in the hospitality and wine sectors. Currently serving as a Camarera at Nicky Ny Sushi since 2019 and holding the position of Sommelier at LAVINIA SELECCION since December 2015, Catalina has developed a strong expertise in customer service and wine selection.
