Catalina del Pozo Igor possesses a diverse background in the hospitality and wine sectors. Currently serving as a Camarera at Nicky Ny Sushi since 2019 and holding the position of Sommelier at LAVINIA SELECCION since December 2015, Catalina has developed a strong expertise in customer service and wine selection. Prior experience includes a role as Ayudante de Sommelier at Tristán Puerto Portals in 2015. Educational credentials include a degree as a Superior Sommelier from CETT_UB, completed in 2016, and a Curso Superior de Comercialización del Vino from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in 2016.

LAVINIA was created in 1999 to introduce a revolutionary concept into the world of wine distribution: a space going beyond the traditional wine cellar as it approaches wine from a cultural perspective, focused on the end consumer, with a philosophy combining teaching, purchase experience and respect for wine.
