Gian Matteo Lo Faro has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Gian Matteo started in 1992 as a part of the opening crew for Disneyland Paris, where they worked in guest services. In 1994, they moved on to DeVinci Finance, where they worked as a Sales & Operations Manager for two years. In 1996, they joined Schlumberger as the Director of Global Marketing Communications for their $3 billion RMS division. After two years, they left Schlumberger and founded ADG Development LLC in 1999. As the Founder & Managing Partner of ADG Development, Gian Matteo oversaw the development of innovative high-quality real estate projects in multiple countries. In 2007, they founded Flexbox SARL, focusing on self-storage development in Switzerland. In 2009, Gian Matteo invented patented technology and founded Lavit LLC, which attracted investment from Coca Cola Europacific Partners. Throughout their career, Gian Matteo has showcased their entrepreneurial spirit and international experience in various leadership roles.
