Damien Colombie

Damien Colombie is a Partner and French and European Patent Attorney at LAVOIX, a leading European IP law firm, since August 2002. Under Damien Colombie's leadership, LAVOIX was recognized as the “2014 EPO firm of the year” for its excellence in prosecution and opposition practices before the European Patent Office. Prior to joining LAVOIX, Damien Colombie worked as a Process Engineer at Alcatel from 2000 to 2002 and as an R&D Scientist at Elf Atochem from 1999 to 2000. Damien Colombie holds a PhD in Polymer Science from Lehigh University (1995-1999) and an engineering degree in Physics and Chemistry from ESPCI Paris - PSL (1992-1996), complemented by a rigorous academic background in mathematics, physics, and chemistry from Lycée Stanislas (1990-1992).
