Julie Fradin is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as an Assistant Director at Lyon Marriott Hotel Cité Internationale since September 2022. Previously, Julie held a position as Chef de Rang at Lily of the Valley Hotel 5* for a brief period in July to August 2022, and worked as a server at Paradise Bay Resort and RESTAURANT LE PANORAMIQUE in 2021.
