Lionel Thouvenin

Lionel Thouvenin brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Directeur Technique et Projets at Lavorel Hotels since January 2015. Prior to this role, Lionel held various positions at Hilton Lyon from January 2001 to December 2014, including Responsable Technique et Achats and Chef Steward. As a co-founder of Appro Solutions from January 2009 to July 2013, Lionel contributed to innovative solutions in the sector. Additional early experience includes roles in the restaurant industry and completing military service from October 1998 to July 1999. Lionel holds a Baccalauréat from Jehanne de France, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
