Phaybia Everson has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as an Expert Crew Member at Dion's where they handled various tasks such as opening and closing the store, training new employees, and maintaining a collaborative work environment. Phaybia then worked as a Western Union Customer Service Representative at Sitel Group from August to December 2018, where they efficiently addressed customer inquiries and concerns. In 2019, they joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas as a Developmental Specialist, focusing on developing training materials for new job skills and upskilling, particularly for the Internet Help Desk department.
