Francisco de Paula

Francisco de Paula, MBA, currently serves as Gerente-executivo de RI, Controladoria e ESG at Lavvi Incorporadora since July 2022, overseeing Investor Relations, Controller functions, and ESG initiatives, while managing structured operations and credit ratings processes. Previous experience includes roles as Head de RI e Planejamento Financeiro at Grupo Avenida, contributing to IPO preparations, and Gerente de Planejamento Financeiro e Tesouraria at Alliar, where significant fundraising efforts during the pandemic were executed. As a co-founder of Space'n'Desk and an Investor Relations Senior Analyst at GP Investments, a strong background in financial communications and stakeholder engagement was established. Francisco holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
