Luke Barrett

Luke Barrett is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Gilbert + Tobin since February 2024. Barrett has been actively involved with the Law Council of Australia since February 2011, holding several leadership roles including Executive of the Legal Practice Section and Chair of the Superannuation Committee. Additional writing contributions have been made for Beautiful Bizarre Magazine since January 2018. Previously, Barrett held the position of General Counsel at UniSuper from June 2008 to December 2023 and served in various senior legal capacities at Diversa Trustees Limited, Vanguard, and Allens. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics, both from the University of Melbourne.
