Foreign Counsel On ADR (ils & Lps) at Law Council of Australia

Prof. Roy Goh, JP (U.K), KCG serves as the JAPAC & LATAM Co-Lead at Google since August 2021, also holding the positions of Strategic Negotiator and Cloud Partner Contracts Manager III/Counsel for the region. In addition, Prof. Goh is a guest lecturer in Business Law at Nanyang Polytechnic and has been an active panel arbitrator at Hainan International Arbitration Court. Prof. Goh provides expertise as foreign counsel on ADR with the Law Council of Australia and serves as an international arbitrator with THAC Thailand Arbitration Center and ASA - Swiss Arbitration Association. Furthermore, Prof. Goh has contributed as a mediator at Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre and previously worked as an associate general counsel for APAC at G&L Chartered Business Consultants Pte Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration in International Business Laws from European International University, a Master's degree in Applied Law in ASEAN+6 Cross-border Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Essex, among others.
