Preston Clark

Preston Clark currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at SimpleDocs, leading efforts to streamline the NDA process since May 2023. As President and Co-founder of Law Insider since January 2019, Preston has contributed to a platform that supports over 3 million legal professionals in contract drafting and negotiation. Additional roles include investor positions in multiple companies, including Champion, BriefCatch, and TermScout, as well as advisory roles at VODIUM and Vector Solutions. Preston's previous experience also encompasses leadership in sales and revenue at ONE, and Chief Revenue Officer at Even following its acquisition of ONE. Preston Clark holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University.
