Venetia Byars

Venetia Byars is currently an Associate Attorney at The Law Offices of Stephenson, Acquisto & Colman. Prior to this, Venetia worked as an Associate at the Law Offices of Robin Paley. Venetia has experience in handling Personal Injury, Business Litigation, and Insurance cases, preparing and responding to discovery, and making appearances in court for various stages of litigation. Venetia also has experience as a Records Assistant in Patent & Corporate Law at Fenwick & West, an Intellectual Property Intern at NAGRA, and as a Summer Associate in Patent Law at Bohmann II Bohmann. Venetia holds a Doctor of Law - JD degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Kentucky.
