James Struthers

James Struthers is currently an Elected Bencher at the Law Society of British Columbia, where James governs the legal profession in the public interest. James also serves on the Finance and Audit Committee and the Practice Standards Committee. In addition, James is a Supervising Lawyer at Everyone Legal Clinic, where James supervises clinicians and creates curriculum on various areas of law. James is also a Volunteer at Access Pro Bono Society of BC, aiding in telelaw clinics and Lawyer Referral Service. James is the Founder & Managing Lawyer at macushlaw and has held various director roles in organizations such as BGuiled Debate Society and British Columbia Civil Discourse Society. James is a highly educated individual, holding degrees in Law, Arts, and Psychology/Management.
