Kevin Westell

Kevin Westell is a Principal at Pender Litigation, where Kevin has been working since June 2017. Kevin is also an Elected Bencher at the Law Society of British Columbia since January 2021. Kevin previously worked as a Sessional Lecturer at the University of the Fraser Valley, teaching Criminology/Criminal Justice 230 - "Criminal Law". With a background in law, Kevin has also worked at Sutherland Jetté and their own firm, Kevin B. Westell, Barrister. Kevin has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Saskatchewan.
