Perminder S. Tung

Perminder S. Tung is a Partner at Lindsay Kenney LLP, having been admitted as the youngest Partner in the firm's 40+ year history after four years of practice. As a practicing lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia, Perminder also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at Crescent Heights Academy, where strategic leadership facilitated the merger of two schools and the planning of a new facility. Additionally, Perminder holds positions as Director on the boards of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada and the Downtown Surrey Business Improvement Association. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor and a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Certifications include Chartered Mediator designation from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada.
