Ian Moir

Ian Moir is a Partner at Moir and Sweeney Litigation and has been with the company since August 2019. Prior to this, Ian was a Partner at Ian Moir and Company for ten years. Ian has also worked at Hamilton Burns WS as a Partner. In addition to their legal practice, Ian is currently serving as the Convenor of the Criminal Legal Aid Negotiating Team at The Law Society of Scotland since September 2012. In this role, Ian leads negotiations with SLAB and the Scottish Government on criminal legal aid matters.
