Rich Lee

Rich Lee is the CEO and Founder of New Era ADR, a technology company specializing in efficient dispute resolution, which has received approximately $8 million in venture capital. Rich serves as a Limited Partner and Angel Investor in multiple venture capital funds and technology startups. Active in various professional organizations, Rich is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago and holds the former role of Chair for the Technology & Innovation Membership Committee. Additionally, Rich is part of the Leaders Council for Legal Services Corporation and serves on the board of NextME, contributing to tech-driven solutions for customer service challenges. Previously, Rich led legal initiatives at Civis Analytics, played a pivotal role at The Chicago Bar Association’s Financial & Emerging Technologies Committee, and held key positions at Livevol Inc. and Atlantic Intellectual Property. Rich holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
