John Joseph Ugalino

John Joseph Ugalino is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at LawAdvisor Ventures since December 2020, John has previously held positions including Lead Software Engineer at LawAdvisor and Software Engineer at Mashup Garage, where responsibilities included planning and software development. As a co-founder and CTO at Black Tea Ventures and Roadtrip Technologies Inc., John managed development teams and oversaw budgeting, system planning, and client interactions. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Interactive Multimedia from Ateneo de Manila University, obtained in 2016.
