Mhcm Akwugo Arendt

Akwugo Arendt, MHCM, currently serves as Provider Liaison at Uvalle Law Firm, PLLC, starting in May 2023. Previously held the position of Practice Administrator at The Cardiac & Vascular Interventional Group and Methodist Health System, overseeing multiple practices and significantly improving provider productivity and financial performance. Akwugo has a strong background in enhancing clinical operations, managing staff, and developing training programs, evidenced by leading successful initiatives to improve patient access and reduce registration denials. Earlier experience includes roles as Practice Strategist at revelationMD, Clinical Staff Assistant III at UT Southwestern Medical Center, and Attendant at Disability Services of the Southwest. Akwugo completed a Master of Science in Healthcare Management at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas Tech University.
