William Gray

William Gray is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial control and regulatory reporting. Currently, as Head of Financial Control at Lawcover since May 2018, William oversees year-end close processes and statutory reporting. Previous roles include Vice President at Jefferies, where William established account certification processes and management reporting, and Finance at BlackRock, focusing on consolidation packages and IFRS compliance. William has also served as Financial Controller at Alleasing and AXA Rosenberg Investment Management, successfully handling business sale processes and statutory accounts development, respectively. Early career experience includes roles at Lehman Brothers, DHL Supply Chain, MSAS, and Hapag-Lloyd AG. William holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Western Sydney University and a BA in Maths and Economics from the University of Sydney.
