Monica Zent is a legal entrepreneur and innovator. Monica began their career in 2002 as the Founder and CEO of ZentLaw, one of the leading alternative legal services providers (ALSPs). In 2016, they founded ZentLaw Labs, an incubation and innovation hub for LegalTech. In 2019, they founded LawDesk360, a SaaS-based, secure, AI-powered workflow efficiency solution for legal departments and law firms. In 2021, they became a Venture Advisor for the Santa Clara University Bronco Venture Accelerator. In 2022, they became a Member of Chief. Additionally, they have been a Contributor and Moderator for Evolve the Law since 2018, an Advisory Board Member for Breaking Media since 2018, an Advisory Board Member for HIGH PERFORMANCE COUNSEL since 2017, a Contributor for Inc. Magazine since 2017, and a Contributor for Thrive Global since 2016.

Monica Zent completed a BS/BS Summa Cum Laude; Phi Beta Kappa from Santa Clara University in 1989-1992. Monica also completed a MBA Program from University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business in 1993-1994. Zent then went on to receive a JD from University of San Diego School of Law in 1996. Following that, they completed an Entertainment Law Certificate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1996-1997. Monica also completed Stanford Continuing Studies in 2000-2001 and Executive Education from Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education in 2001. Zent additionally participated in U.S. Army ROTC in 1989-1992 and H.S. - State Debate Champion (2x); State Speech Contest Winner (8x). in 1987-1989.
