Doug Hathaway

Doug Hathaway is the Co-Founder and CTO/CPO of LawFi, Inc., a legal fee financing platform established to enhance affordability for clients and improve cash flow for law firms. Previously, Doug served as VP of Engineering/Sales for Cash Application at Versapay, leading the integration of the DadeSystems platform after its acquisition. As a co-founder and CTO at DadeSystems, Doug played a pivotal role in developing the company into a leading fintech platform, which culminated in a successful acquisition by Versapay in 2022. Earlier in Doug's career, a role as Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin involved customizing a product for a large UK pilot training contract. Doug holds both a Master of Science (M.S.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida.
