Jeff Karotkin

Jeff Karotkin is an experienced executive with over 20 years in the process serving, court filing, and litigation support industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Lawgical since January 2021, Karotkin focuses on enhancing ServeManager features and developing new functionalities for a global user base. Previously, as Executive Director of the Coalition for Improving Court Access, efforts were directed toward implementing Electronic Filing for the benefit of various stakeholders. Karotkin held multiple leadership roles at One Legal, LLC, including Vice President of Strategic Development and Vice President of Operations, where strategic vision and operational restructuring were key responsibilities. Additionally, leadership positions at NAPPS and Personal Attorney Service, Inc., along with a tenure as President & COO at MGAS, Inc., showcase a strong commitment to the professional community and operational excellence. Karotkin's educational background includes studies at Orange Coast College and El Camino Real High School.
