Darcey Phenna has a varied work experience, beginning with their role as a Volunteer Secretary at Macmillan Cancer Support from 2015 to 2018. Darcey then moved on to become the Operations Manager at Home Run.Delivery from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they held two roles simultaneously, as Head of Operations & Finance at Role Models Childcare and Education and as Global Supplier Operations Manager and Supplier Management Lead (UKI) at Houst. In 2021, they became Global Operations Manager at PerchPeek and in 2022, they took on the role of Customer Operations Lead at Lawhive. Additionally, they have been the Business Owner of Darcey's Tearoom since 2014.
