Chris Patty serves as LawlerWood’s Facility Manager for the Knoxville Utility Board’s properties with responsibility for over one million square feet of facilities and over 600 acres of land spread across Knox County. These properties include a class A historical office building in downtown Knoxville, warehouses, numerous multi-story office buildings, wastewater, water and gas plants, and electrical substation.
